There's a new interactive LJ community called Whedonland On LJ for fans of Joss Whedon and his work.

From Whedonland On LJ 's profile: It's an interactive community, with a sense of competition. You will be placed in one of the teams : Dollhouse, Serenity, Sunnydale or City of Angels. You will compete against the other teams to defeat the apocalypse first.
To defeat the apocalypse first, your team must have the greatest amount of points on the designated date (this will happen every FOUR MONTHS). You'll learn more about this as we go on.

So far the community's been a lot of fun and it's just started. So come and check the community out. (I'm on Team Dollhouse but there's teams for Firefly/Serenity, BtVS and AtS.)

This is just some random stuff but it might be interesting if you're thinking of friending me.

01. My user name is aaronlisa because that's my name. When I got my first online journal (on livejournal), I decided I wanted a name that I wasn't going to get bored with and want to change it in a few months. Yes sometimes, I get bored or frustrated with it, and I'll wish I had a super cool name but overall I am happy with it.

02. My real name is Aaronlisa. (I got it because my mother always liked the name Aaron and my Dad agreed with it because Aaron made it to the promise land. Lisa came about because my mother didn't just want to name me Aaron.)

03. My journal title is Tea in the Sahara because one of my favourite bands is the Police and the song is one of my favourite songs.

04. The subtitle is "Aaronlisa's Journal" because that's what it is and again I didn't want the hassle of thinking up something witty and clever.

05. My friends page is titled "Voices in my Head," Which is another Police song and it goes with the Sting/Police theme of my journal.

06. My default icon is of Max Guevera of Dark Angel. I made the icon and I adore how it came out.
